SITE Selector™ Tapped to Lead Another National Site Search

2022 has been a busy year for SITE Selector™. Currently, SITE Selector™ is conducting five multi-state searches, representing 2,000+ potential jobs and an estimated CapEX of $2.4 billion. One of these searches is on behalf of a mulit-national client needing a 200-300 acre site to construct over 1 million sqft of manufacturing space. In less than two weeks of posting the project on the platform, 99 sites meeting the project requirements were submitted by 23 states across the country.

This year alone, SITE Selector™ has received and stored a total of 349 sites submitted on the platform. It is important to note that many of the large sites submitted were owned by regional or local EDO’s and not listed publicly for sale. These sites have been well-received by our corporate clients who are looking far and wide during these dynamic times to find the ideal site or building.
